Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your parcel, which includes wallpaper, wall murals, and wall decals.
• You may still return the wallpaper if you have divided the lengths as indicated by the cutting symbols.
• Custom wallpaper orders are not eligible for return.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Initiate a Return:

Return Shipping:

• While we cannot cover the cost of return shipping, we are here to help you through the process. If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, please note that we won’t be able to reimburse the shipping costs or take responsibility for any damages or loss that may occur during transit. We recommend choosing a reliable shipping method to ensure your items arrive safely.

Condition of Returned Items:

• Wallpaper, wall murals, and wall decals must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and paperwork.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned wallpaper, wall murals, or wall decals.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Samples ordered from Bella Stampa are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We offer samples to help our customers make informed decisions about our products and to ensure that the colors and motifs match their expectations. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sample orders.

• You can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.
